How To Place An Order

If you are a consumer and wish to enjoy COPAG you can view our product pages, add items to your shopping cart, and pay for them using your major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped out as quickly as possible usually on the next business day. The contents of your order determines how they are shipped: 1 set will ship by USPS first class, 2-4 sets are shipped USPS Priority, and 5+ sets are shipped UPS or Fedex with a tracker number. We also allow for an overnight option for those customers that want a faster shipping service. This service is calculated on each order and will require an additional payment. The customer must elect to use our DHL express service at their discretion. This service is only available to customers within the 48 contiguous United States and is guaranteed next day to major metropolitan areas.

Currently shipping on orders of $50 and over receives FREE standard shipping inside the United States. Otherwise, shipping for all Copag products is a flat $4.99 for all orders shipped inside the United States. For information on international shipping please click on our International link.

All of our orders are securely processed by Authorize.net. Authorize.net is a software company that specializes in secure real-time transaction processing services using 128-bit encryption. You should feel comfortable that your order will be processed quickly and professionally.

Also, if you have a paypal account established you can make payments with Paypal. Paypal is the leading online payment system in the world and is another convenience option we offer our customers.

Reseller Information

If you are a retailer please complete our Retailer Application and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Currently orders must be placed over the phone for all resellers. Information will be available with your application approval.
